- What is the difference between Tough Duck & Work King?
- Tough Duck is Richlu's premium brand of workwear generally built of 12 oz. Tough Duck fabric. Designed to give you comfort in the toughest of work and weather conditions. Please click on our link to see our offerings in detail.
- Work King is Richlu's quality and value brand generally produced from 10 oz. cotton duck. Work King is extremely durable and will quickly become your favorite piece of workwear. Please click on our link to see our offerings in detail.

- What is Tough Duck fabric?
- The Tough Duck fabric used on all our Tough Duck outerwear garments is a strong 100% cotton canvas fabric we have specifically developed to have high tearing strength and resist abrasion/rubbing. Hardworking fabric for hardworking clothes for hardworking people.
- Talls - how do they compare to your regular sizes?
- Jackets and parkas: the sleeve length is generally 1.5" longer and the total body length is 2" longer with the waist 1" lower than normal sizing.
- Bib pant: the bib is 0.5" longer and the front and back rise is generally 0.5" longer with the inseam being 2" longer.
- Coverall: the sleeve length is generally 1.5" longer, the waist is 1" longer, the front and back rise are generally 0.5” longer and the inseam is 2" longer than normal sizing.
- Shorts – how do they compare to your regular sizes?
- Jackets and parkas: the sleeve length is generally 1.5" shorter and the total body length is 2" shorter with the waist 1" up from our normal sizing.
- Bib pant: the bib is 0.5" shorter and the front and back rise is generally 0.5" shorter with the inseam being 2" shorter.
- Coverall: the sleeve length is generally 1.5" shorter, the waist is 1" shorter, the front and back rise are generally 0.5" shorter and the inseam is 2" shorter than normal sizing.
- What does "We’ve Got Your Butt Covered" mean?
- "We’ve got your Butt Covered" is available on all Tough Duck lined coveralls and overalls. This feature gives you a seam sealed waterproof seat. For more details please click on the About Tough Duck link and go to We’ve Got You Covered.
- Tell me about your warranty on Tough Duck & Work King.
- Richlu Manufacturing is member of Lean Consortium and is therefore committed to excellence. We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our product. We therefore will cover any manufacture’s defect in the original garment within a reasonable time. As all apparel has an expected life of service, this warranty will not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear. We will not cover any product that has been misused, neglected, abused, embroidered, ornamented or alter in any way.
- How do I maintain or wash my Tough Duck or Work King garment?
- To get the best life out of your Tough Duck & Work King garments:
- Remove excess chucks of mud with a dry brush.
- Treat stains (especially greasy one) with a stain remover.
- Accurately measure the detergent (overuse of detergent will cause build up of detergent in garment and the garment will get dirty faster)
- Follow the specific care label instructions included on all our labels. In general our garment require: wash in lukewarm water (40 degrees Celsius) on regular wash cycle, no chlorine bleach, tumble dry on low.
**Remember: regular cleaning and maintenance will increase the life span of your garment**
