May 25, 2018 (Winnipeg) – We’re hiring an Account Services Coordinator to help us monitor and report on our customer service team’s activities and Key Performance Indicators. Duties include identifying, tracking, and resolving process and system issues to resolution with the goal of enhanced efficiencies and cost reduction. They will also serve as key contact for product and customer knowledge, process standards, and data consistency and is responsible for issue escalation and resolution for the Customer Service Team.
